About the Photos
As part of the photoshoot for our new personalised comic book Rugby Legend, we will take pictures of your child(ren):
Playing rugby in their chosen kit (e.g. national or local team strip)
Opening the book as a Christmas present
Reading the book alone, with friends, or with a supervising adult
How the Photos Will Be Used
By signing this form, you agree that:
Tell It Your Way can use these images to promote Rugby Legend through its website, digital platforms and printed media.
These rights remain for as long as Tell It Your Way continues as a trading name in the UK.
We will not seek further consent for the use of specific images.
IMPORTANT: we will not use your child’s real name in any of the published images. Where they are featured holding a copy of the book, we will feature a lookalike avatar on the front cover with a made-up name.
Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw your permission at any time by emailing [email protected].
We will remove images from websites and digital platforms within 14 days of your request.
If images appear in printed material, we will not print more copies, but existing stock may continue to be used until it runs out.
In Return
Each child who takes part will receive a free personalised copy of the Rugby Legend comic book (value £28.99). You will receive an email inviting you to personalise and place your order once the book goes on sale in November. The book will be custom-printed and delivered to you by no later than 24th December 2025.
Parent/Guardian Consent
By submitting this form, I give permission for Tell It Your Way (EarthMonkey Media Ltd) to use images of my child(ren) as described above, and for you to contact me when my free gift is available for order.
